Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer with a strong visual foundation to design for social media campaigns, pitch decks, and digital campaign assets, with the ability to support secondary UI work such as microsites and landing pages.
This role is ideal for a designer who is creative, structured, and execution-focused, and comfortable working across multiple brands and campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities (Core Focus)
- Design social media campaign visuals (static, carousel, and motion-ready layouts).
- Create visually strong digital campaign assets across platforms.
- Design pitch decks and presentation slides, ensuring clear structure and visual storytelling.
- Translate creative ideas and strategies into compelling visual executions.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while elevating overall visual quality.
- Prepare artworks for digital production and media usage.
Secondary Responsibilities (UI Support)
- Design microsites and landing pages (visual and layout focused).
- Create basic UI layouts and simple user flows (no heavy UX research required).
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Ensure visual consistency across digital touchpoints.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in visual / graphic design.
- Agency or multi-brand experience preferred.
- A strong portfolio with proven work in social media campaigns, digital creatives, pitch decks, presentation design, and web or microsite layouts.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour, and layout.
- Good sense of digital-first and motion-aware design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control.
- Proficiency in essential design and motion tools is required, including Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects for motion graphics or motion-ready layouts. Experience with Figma for digital layouts and UI design, as well as Adobe XD for UI layouts or prototypes where required, is also expected.
