across multiple platforms, identity & access integration, zero trust networking, and enterprise

Cloud Directory & Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Administer and maintain our cloud-native directory service (serving as our primary
- Lead platform and application integrations using SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and LDAP
Endpoint Management & Device Strategy
- Administer Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints, taking end-to-end ownership of
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tooling (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) to improve endpoint provisioning, software deployment, and overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to design, implement, and maintain a Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solution to secure remote access and endpoint connections.
- Manage enterprise SaaS and DaaS applications, ensuring optimal configuration, user management, and operational support.
- Execute full lifecycle system administration, taking ownership of application onboarding, upgrades, and system consolidations while maintaining clear project timelines, quality standards, and proactive stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other business departments to align digital workplace solutions with organizational needs, and escalate critical technical issues effectively to the Digital Workplace Manager.
- Apply ITIL-aligned operational practices for incident, problem, and change management to guarantee high platform reliability and service continuity.
- Maintain accurate process, configuration, and operational documentation in strict compliance with enterprise change management procedures.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and structured support for their technical development.
- Recommend and implement best practices for platform performance, endpoint management, and operational processes to continuously drive team growth, platform modernization, and efficiency.
Technical Skills
- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems engineering, modern endpoint administration, or enterprise SaaS application support.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience working in a modern, cloud-first environment with no reliance on traditional Active Directory.
- Directory & Federation: Experience with platform integrations and APIs, including Cloud Directory Platforms, SSO, SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth, and LDAP.
- Endpoint Administration: Demonstrated expertise managing Windows, macOS, and Mobile devices (including provisioning, patching, software deployment, and upgrades).
- Networking & Security: Practical knowledge or experience implementing Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) models and secure remote access strategies.
- Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar) to improve platform and endpoint operations.
- Monitoring & Observability: Knowledge of systems monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of working effectively across various departments and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills under complex operational conditions.
- Communication & Mentorship: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation, stakeholder management, and mentoring/coaching junior team members.
