About the job Senior Director, Global Sales

The Senior Director of Global Sales is responsible for developing and executing the non-degreed programs including Executive Education sales strategy on a global scale. This role involves overseeing and managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

key Responsibilities


1. Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Team Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing global sales team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
  • Sales Operations
  • Establish and monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and measure progress toward sales goals.
  • Manage sales budgets, including forecasting, expense control, and resource allocation.
  • Implement efficient sales processes and tools to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, particularly with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing exceptional service.



  • Market Expansion and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and expansion strategies to grow the client base.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the business school's market position.
  • Reporting and Communication
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Communicate sales strategies and progress to the broader organization to ensure alignment and support.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading global sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, partners, and teams globally.

Remuneration

Up to RM50,000/month | 2 years contract, renewable

Working Hours

Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm
