The Senior Director of Global Sales is responsible for developing and executing the non-degreed programs including Executive Education sales strategy on a global scale. This role involves overseeing and managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Team Leadership and Management
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing global sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
- Sales Operations
- Establish and monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and measure progress toward sales goals.
- Manage sales budgets, including forecasting, expense control, and resource allocation.
- Implement efficient sales processes and tools to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, particularly with key clients and strategic partners.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing exceptional service.
- Market Expansion and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and expansion strategies to grow the client base.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the business school's market position.
- Reporting and Communication
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
- Communicate sales strategies and progress to the broader organization to ensure alignment and support.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully leading global sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, partners, and teams globally.
Remuneration
Up to RM50,000/month | 2 years contract, renewable
Working Hours
Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm
