A multinational company in the Beauty, Skincare & Cosmetics industry is looking for an E-Commerce professional to manage and increase sales on online marketplace, brand.com and other online channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all online sales, identify issues and marketing activity inclusive of traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting. (EC360).
- Improve website performance by continually implementing ecommerce strategies.
- Work with developers to improve website speed and high conversion via smooth customer journey.
- Work with the E-Commerce supporting team inclusive of Marketing improve quality and traffic acquisition, SCM Team (fulfilment of customer journey), Education Team for product specifications and knowledge and customer service.
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
- Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in E-Commerce or a similar role.
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
- Proficient in E-Commerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
- Skilled in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
- A team player with strong communication skills, negotiation skills, positive mindset, and able to work independently.
