E-Commerce Executive

At OUJI Seiyaku, we specialize in the manufacturing and trading of high-quality household cleaning and cosmetic products. With over 1,000 products across 12 categories, our portfolio includes trusted household names such as Dynamo, Fab, Walch, and arum, among others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, pricing updates, and campaign setups across marketplaces (e.g. TikTok & Shopee).
  • Coordinate banner designs, promotional codes, and campaign execution timelines with the team.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and assist with performance reporting and optimization suggestions.
  • Prepare, analyse and report on sales performance and providing recommendations / corrective actions so as to achieve sales target set.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations with third-party warehouses to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfilment for e-commerce activities.
  • Actively recruits and liaise with KOL/ KOC affiliates for Content Creation and/or Livestreaming.
  • Planning and scheduling of livestream session. Prepare the livestream set up, livestream scripts/flow, and backend operation.
  • Support and perform livestreaming on online platforms, and assist with content creation for assigned TikTok accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date in the latest livestreaming trends and practices.
  • Support other digital marketing campaigns when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Having experience in E-Commerce / Social Commerce will be an advantage for this role.
  • Outgoing personality with a willingness to do livestreaming, as well as being able to work closely with the team on content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach.
  • Good teamwork, collaboration, networking skills.
  • Communication skills and initiative to learn and value-add.
