This role includes in managing online store operations, optimize listings, develop marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, enhance customer experience, and coordinate inventory, write and revise a compelling product descriptions.
Position : Senior E- Commerce Operation Executive

Main Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop, refine, and enhance engaging content to promote brand, products, and campaigns on online platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
- Craft clear and compelling product descriptions, promotional materials, and visuals that resonate with the target audience to increase product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure that online campaigns align with business objectives.
Platform Management:
- Manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee and Lazada), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization.
- Plan, propose, and execute livestream events on e-commerce platforms to boost brand engagement and product visibility.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Design and implement tailored marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, flash sales, and seasonal promotions targeting the Malaysian market.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention using analytics tools to improve campaign performance.
Influencer & KOL Engagement:
- Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to promote products through social media and other digital channels.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct research on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in Malaysia to identify new growth opportunities and refine strategies.
Customer Engagement & Support:
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback across e-commerce platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Fulfill orders and ensure smooth communication across platforms, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure proper stock management and product availability across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms and basic data analysis.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Ability to multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast paced environment to meet the expected outcomes.
