Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Senior eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the commercial success of Motherswork in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam, as well as support our entry into other emerging markets.

This is a strategic and execution-heavy role. You will manage regional digital marketing budgets and oversee our presence across all major eCommerce marketplaces and owned webstores. Your goal is to scale our Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) while maintaining elite levels of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce & Marketplace Operations

  • Multi-Platform Management: Serve as the primary lead for eCommerce operations across major marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and Motherswork's official webstores across the region.
  • Regional Campaign Strategy: Strategize and execute high-impact campaign submissions (10.10, 11.11, PayDay, etc.) across SG, MY, and VN, tailoring mechanics to local consumer behavior.
  • Store Optimization: Manage on-site marketing tools, including store-specific Search Ads, Flash Sales, and Voucher strategy to maximize conversion rates.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with regional supply chain teams to ensure stock readiness for major digital pushes and seasonal events.

Performance Marketing

  • Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and lead performance-led strategies across Search (SEM), Display, and Social Media (Meta/Google) to drive traffic to regional platforms.
  • Conversion Optimization: Execute FB CPAS and Google Shopping campaigns, ensuring high technical accuracy in tracking pixels and attribution.
  • Budget Accountability: Manage and optimize significant marketing budgets, reallocating spend between markets (SG, MY, VN) based on real-time performance and ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage web analytics and ad network data to provide deep-dive optimization recommendations for each specific market.

Strategy & Reporting

  • KPI Ownership: Establish and track core metrics (GMV, ROAS, CAC, CIR) across all regional digital campaigns.
  • Market Insights: Create regular performance reports with clear commercial analysis to guide regional decision-making.
  • Scaling Growth: Identify and scale winning strategies from established markets to emerging economies to ensure consistent regional growth.

Required Performance Standards

  • Revenue Growth: Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly GMV targets across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
  • Efficiency: Ability to maintain a high-performing blended ROAS of 20 or above.
  • Regional Agility: Ability to adapt strategies to the unique nuances of diverse Southeast Asian markets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience in Performance Marketing and eCommerce management across multiple platforms (Marketplaces + Webstores).
  • Regional Track Record: Direct experience managing eCommerce operations for at least two of the following markets: Singapore, Malaysia, or Vietnam.
  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in FB CPAS, Google Ads, and various Marketplace Seller Centres (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Analytical Mindset: Expert-level ability to translate complex data into actionable growth plans.
  • Target-Driven: Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive monthly revenue targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
