Job description:
- Assist the Team Leader and Job Captain in performing duties;
- Carry out sketch analysis, design and calculations for electrical works;
- Produce detailed design and working drawings for electrical works;
- Ensure quality and accuracy of designs;
- Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/ Client Brief/ Approved Concept;
- Ensure compliance with relevant design standards and office standards;
- Attend design, clients, architects and site meetings;
- Ensure compliance with program constraints and budget;
- Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual;
- Offer suggestions to improve work efficiency;
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required by Team Leader/ Division Manager.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
- Registered with BEM as graduate engineer
- At least 7 years of experience as Electrical engineer in the M&E consulting line
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficient in medium and low voltage system design
- Able to handle large-scale projects independently (> RM 500 million)
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- High stress tolerance and resilient
- Good working attitude
- Competence in REVIT, AUTOCAD or other related software will be an added advantage
