Job Requirements:
- Holding a Bachelor's Degree for Information Technology or other-similar major from a reputable university
- A solid 5 to 7 years experience in an engineering - operation role with a proven record of mulitple and complex client management dynamics
- Willing to work in a hybrid setting and overseas environment management for Australia's clientele
- Excellent english capabilities, both for written and verbal
Technical Knowledge Requirements:
- Microsoft Windows Server (AD, DHCP, DNS & Group Policy)
- MS Exchange, Exchange Online and Office 365 Skillsets
- Hypervisor / Virtualisation Technology skills i.e Vmware (Vcenter, ESXi), Azure
- Physical Host Infrastructure (ILO/IDRAC)
- Storage Technology skillsets Netapp, QNAP, Dell EMC,
- Hyper-converged Infrastructure skills: Nutanix, Hyperflex, VxRail
- Roll-up, CU, Firmware updates and planning
- Vulnerability, Threat Planning and remediation activities
- Linux OS skills would be beneficial
Job Description:
- Responsible for administering platforms, enhancing endpoint management, and ensuring compliance and security across all user devices
- Act as a bridge between customers, managed services teams and our consulting practice to build a greater understanding of customers end to end environments
- Lead workshops that identify trends and problems within customer environments
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and work to identify and resolve complex problems across our customers environments
- Build permanent corrective fixes and implement them while following appropriate change processes
- Document solutions and knowledge in Logicalis knowledge management system
- Mentor and provide technical leadership across the Modern Workspace team
- Technical ownership of critical incident resolution and act as a senior escalation point within the Modern Workspace team
- Drive positive customer outcomes in close collaboration with the Team Lead and other Senior Engineers
