Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for capacity planning and ramp readiness.
- Ensure planning premises (data accuracy) in system and actual match.
- Coordinate ramp readiness with module & ensure new technology transfer successful.
- Lead & specific module planning topic as well as communicate with central team.
- Ensure smooth coordination with FM, Purchasing, Finance, Technology and Quality team in order to prepare for future ramp.
- Work closely with module & IE and drive activities to optimize production efficiency.
- Responsible for invest cost planning and spending according to plan figure.
- Check and drive the performance gap of work centre with production team.
- Coordinate special topics from FE team.
- Coordinate product release with TCM to match with ramp plan.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- 5 years and above working experience in semiconductor industry, preferably worked as industrial engineer.
- 5 years and above in technical level involvement - excellent Microsoft excel & power point skills - good analytic & presentation skills
- Understanding on fab processes, product knowledge
- Familiar with FE fab process tools
- Experienced in creating tableau, power BI, dashboard or any other software tools that helps on data analysis and creating dashboard
- Good communication skills.
