Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the technical framework and documentation process for data center (DC) projects including:
- Stage 1 (Pre-Sales): Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) formats
- Stage 2 (Pre-Sales): Spare parts policies & management (in collaboration with the Regional Service Team)
- Stage 3 (Commissioning): Commissioning Levels 1–5 (from Factory Witness Testing to Integrated Systems Testing)
- Customize the framework to meet the specific requirements and standards of key DC clients.
- Support the team with technical documentation and compilation for regional tender submissions.
- Conduct critical site visits and key milestone checks, representing local/regional presence.
- Identify and proactively report any on-site technical or project issues to minimize escalation from the client side.
- Support CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis for Fan Wall unit projects and provide improvement recommendations.
- Manage DC cooling-related product portfolios, including system evaluation and enhancements.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent (minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second-Class Upper).
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role, ideally within Data Center or HVAC-related industries.
- Ability to travel for in-person site visits as needed.
- Familiar with CFD analysis That's a bonus!
- Proven experience in technical documentation, product engineering, or project coordination.
- Strong skills in technical writing, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional and regional teams.
