What You'll Do
Customer Relations & Technical Support
- Assist Daikin Australia in preparing tender quotations, including airside equipment selection and cost estimation.
- Support Account Managers and Sales Managers to build a strong, high-quality pipeline with Daikin-specified products.
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively with Daikin Australia to boost pipeline conversion success.
- Provide fast, reliable support to consultants — ensuring every customer walks away satisfied.
- Work closely with our factory teams to select the best-fit products for each project.
- Handle technical and general inquiries (stock, pricing, documentation, etc.) with confidence and accuracy.
- Review tender documents, schematics, and schedules to ensure correct product selection, compliance, and sales optimization.
- Offer support on high-priority projects and sales initiatives when needed — especially the exciting ones.
Product Promotion & Market Engagement
- Support the sales team in spotting new opportunities and delivering tailored AHU and FCU solutions.
- Prepare clear, compelling technical and commercial quotations that highlight value, benefits, and features.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitors to ensure clients get the smartest and most relevant solutions.
What You Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of HVAC experience, especially with Chilled Water Systems
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- A results-driven mindset with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism
