Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develops electrical test program including concept and load board circuit design for both FE electrical wafer testing and BE final electrical test to ensure product electrical validity within Infineon manufacturing operation
- Owner of the test package(s) under his/her responsibility, with significant role in the Test Development team :
- As a closed-feedback loop from quality and production experiences to improve test package solution of new products
- Develop test package solution (software and hardware) for new products and existing products
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Semiconductor Technology)
- More than 2 years of experience in Semiconductor Testing and familiar with Power & Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Experience in Teradyne uFlex, Advantest V93K
- Experience in ATE measurement equipments (oscilloscope, thermostream, prober/handler basic operation)
- Experience with basic programming knowledge (Visual Basic, C++ and/or LabVIEW)
- Experience with automotive IC is a plus
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis is preferred
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation
- Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding
