In this role, you will drive the architecture vision for digital asset capabilities, tokenized finance, programmable payments, digital custody, and blockchain-enabled banking services. Working closely with business leaders, technology teams, regulators, and industry partners, you'll help create secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions that support millions of customers across the region.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Define and govern enterprise-wide architecture strategies for Web3, blockchain, tokenization, and digital assets.
• Lead architecture decisions across digital asset platforms, smart contracts, custody solutions, wallets, cryptographic controls, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Design and guide integration of digital asset capabilities with core banking, payments, treasury, compliance, and enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and ecosystem partners while recommending build, buy, or partner strategies.
• Embed security, compliance, privacy, resilience, and regulatory requirements into every architectural decision.
• Advise senior leadership on emerging opportunities in tokenized finance, CBDCs, regulated stablecoins, decentralized identity, and digital asset innovations.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technology Architecture, or related architecture disciplines.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in blockchain technologies, tokenization, smart contracts, digital asset infrastructure, custody solutions, and distributed ledger technologies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic technology leadership across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and a deep understanding of security, compliance, risk, and governance principles.
