We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Event Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, handling logistics, and ensuring events run smoothly from preparation to on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of corporate, brand, and experiential events from preparation to on-ground delivery.
- Prepare and manage event timelines, run sheets, checklists, and logistics plans.
- Coordinate event materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring readiness for event days.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues, including follow-ups on quotations, confirmations, and deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination.
- Support on-site event operations, including setup, registration, guest flow, and teardown.
- Ensure event activities run according to schedule and assist in resolving on-ground issues promptly and professionally.
- Support basic budget tracking, documentation, and preparation of post-event reports and feedback summaries.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in event coordination, event support, or related roles, ideally in brand-related events and from agency environments.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and after office hours or on weekends when required.
- Passionate about events and delivering seamless, positive experiences for guests.
