Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of data and verify payment details prior to processing in a timely manner.
- Arrange and prepare online payments for Director's approval.
- Perform data entry for invoices and payment transactions in QNE accounting software.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g., overseas department personnel) to resolve discrepancies or incomplete supporting documents.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from regional departments.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount).
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, such as China-based logistics partners).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (regional exposure is an added advantage).
- Meticulous with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
