Senior Executive Alumni Engagement

University of Cyberjaya (UoC) is looking for an experienced Senior Executive, Alumni Engagement to join our team in Cyberjaya.

If you are passionate about building strong alumni communities and have hands-on experience in Alumni Engagement / Alumni Relations, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute alumni engagement strategies and programmes

• Build meaningful relationships with alumni, including senior professionals and industry leaders

• Lead alumni events, networking and mentorship initiatives

• Manage and grow our Alumni Management System and alumni database

• Create opportunities for alumni to support student development, employability and industry engagement

• Track alumni engagement and deliver measurable outcomes

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree

2–4 years of relevant experience specifically in Alumni Engagement / Alumni Relations

Experience in alumni programme and event management

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Experience with CRM / Alumni Management Systems is an advantage

Excellent communication, organisation and execution skills

Important: Candidates must have prior professional experience in Alumni Engagement / Alumni Relations.
