About the Role:
This role is responsible for driving Proton International's sales planning, market expansion, and business performance through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The position oversees sales reporting, target setting, market entry strategies, and the implementation of key systems such as the Dealer Management System (DMS), while ensuring effective business policies, accurate reporting, and actionable insights to support management decision-making.
Your Day To Day:
Sales Planningand Reporting
- Keeper of all Salesdata related to Proton International business.
- Work closely with Logistic team to ensure reports are updated and compiled into a readilysearchable format.
- Work closely with Regional Sales team to ensure all Regions are on track with their sales target.
- Work closely with Product Planning team to ensure new products have meaningful volume.
- Translatenumbers into meaningful datafor management decision making.
- Set,justifyandmaintainannual target.
Market Entry Strategy
- Research and work closely withGroupMarket Intelligence team.
- Prepare andconsolidatenew market entry strategy deck.
- Work closely withRegionalSales team to ensuremarketisviable.
- Prepare andconsolidatedeckto be presented to top management for market entry strategy purposes.
New Dealer Management System
- Work closely withITteam on new Dealer Management System development and roll out.
- Work closely withRegionalteam onuserrequirementand implementation.
- Conduct UAT and selected countriesrollout.
Output / Key Performance Indicators

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Total Work Experience:1 to 3years
- Total Relevant Experience:1 to 3years in
- Minimum of 3 yearsofrelated benefits or employee benefits administration experience.
- Computerproficiencyand technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including PowerPoint; experience with HRIS and benefits databases.
- Project and team management/leadership skills and experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
- Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs.
- Knowledge of benefits contract language.
