Senior Executive, Audit, Policy & Performance (ICT)

JOB PURPOSE

To uphold governance integrity and operational excellence across IT. This role develops, maintains, and enforces IT policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and IT service management standards. It coordinates internal and external IT audits, manages audit findings and remediation, defines and monitors IT KPIs and performance metrics, and coordinates IT Steering Committee meetings. The role exists to ensure IT operates in a controlled, compliant, and continuously improving manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with corporate governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Check compliance with IT service management standards including SDLC, project governance, data governance, and system control requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external IT audits, including preparation, evidence gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
• Track, manage, and report on audit findings, corrective action plans, and remediation progress to IT leadership and audit committees.
• Define, monitor, and report IT performance metrics and KPIs, providing management insights on IT effectiveness and maturity.
• Plan and coordinate the preparation of IT Steering Committee meetings, including agenda management, reporting packs, and action tracking.
• Plan and coordination of internal departmental IT progress reviews, ensuring accountability for commitments and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across IT governance practices, benchmarking against industry standards and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in IT or any related discipline.
• 5 – 8 years working experienced in ICT audit, performance evaluation, or related roles. Open to experience in other relevant fields (i.e., finance, business administration, information technology, etc.
