Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-value, and cross-functional projects
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements aligned with strategic business goals
Develop comprehensive project plans including detailed timelines, risk assessments, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Manage project charters, milestones, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
Ensure strong project governance, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with project management best practices
Drive continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and enhancing PMO processes, tools, and frameworks
Track project performance, manage risks and issues, and provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
2. Commercial Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of B2B customers under project-based engagements.
Serve as a key support pillar for the commercial team in customer requirements gathering and solution design.
Support company-wide new initiatives by designing and developing scalable processes to enable successful implementation.
Monitor and analyse shipper shipping trends and performance metrics.
Be accountable for shipper retention, growth, and long-term relationship management.
Formulate business plans by analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive movements.
Engage customers in consultative discussions to guide them toward solutions that meet their operational and commercial needs.
3. Stakeholder Management
Ensure close coordination with sales, operations, product, and project teams.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
Work closely with Product Specialists, Project Managers, and Core Operations teams to enable timely and high-quality deliverables.
Participate in customer meetings and workshops to identify effective solutions that support sales conversion and long-term partnerships.
Act as a central point of communication to align expectations, manage dependencies, and resolve issues promptly.
4. Operations & Account Performance
Build strong client relationships to ensure accounts perform and grow to their maximum potential.
Reduce attrition rates through strong project governance and proactive account management.
Minimise competitive risks by ensuring consistent service quality and operational excellence.
Plan and execute sales meetings and customer visits with solution-oriented approaches to support shipper acquisition and retention.
Maximise growth within existing customer accounts through continuous performance monitoring and optimisation.
Continuously develop knowledge of products, services, project/program management, commercial strategy, and operational processes to deliver the best possible customer solutions.

Job Requirement :
Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering customer-focused solutions.
Candidates with both operational and commercial exposure, preferably within a corporate environment, will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of project and program management methodologies and practices.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong data analytics and reporting competencies
Proficient in English and Malay.Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
Ability to communicate in local dialects is an added advantage.
