In this role your main tasks will include driving key projects from inception to completion and liaising with stakeholders across the organisation as well as external strategic partners.

Position SummaryAs a Senior Executive, Business Analyst & Commercial, you will be responsible for leading sales excellence within the Growth and Strategy Team. This role is vital to our organization's success as it focuses on driving sales performance, optimizing the sales funnel, and providing continuous sales training and coaching. We are seeking a highly skilled and influential sales professional with a strong sales background and the ability to analyze and interpret data to enhance conversion rates.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement to enhance conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the sales funnel, including prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve their individual sales performance.
  • Conduct regular sales trainings and workshops to enhance the sales team's skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the sales team, providing guidance and support in overcoming sales challenges and objections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture, promoting teamwork, motivation, and a strong work ethic within the sales team.

Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a successful sales professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage sales data to drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others positively.
  • Experience in conducting sales training, workshops, or coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track sales activities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends, including competitor activities, is preferred.
