Glomac Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive (Business Development & Strategy) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about property development, possess strong analytical skills & thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
What Youll Do
- Drive strategic initiatives to support Glomacs long-term growth.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and pricing proposals for new projects.
- Perform financial analysis and modelling to evaluate investments and development opportunities.
- Oversee valuation processes for properties and potential acquisitions.
- Manage authority and compliance matters, including zoning and regulatory approvals, to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and ensure compliance.
- Support land acquisition efforts through outright purchases or joint ventures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
- Prepare management papers and reports for EXCO and the Board of Directors.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in Development Management or related field.
- Proven experience in property development/management with a strong track record.
- Established relationships with local authorities and industry networks.
- Skilled in strategic planning, financial modelling, valuation, and market analysis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, adaptable problem-solver who can thrive in a collaborative environment.
