Support the overall Off-Trade channel operations for Carlsberg Malaysia. This includes operations planning, deployment, implementation, tracking and monitoring of marketing and channel programs to ensure meeting of channel objectives.
Responsibilities:
Channel Development
Plan, execute and monitor channel strategies implementation
Support sales to win, retain and bring Carlsbergs portfolio of brands to life in the channel
Track, analyse and review channel performance, and make recommendations
Operations Excellence
Manage assigned projects within budget and timeline
Strong follow up follow through with key stakeholders and arrange to ensure collaterals deliver on time for sales execution
Coordinate and consolidate the execution of national marketing activities, channel initiatives and customer activities
Manage processing of Trade Marketing fund
Support the preparation of promo selling story, mechanics and promo bulletin for sales execution
Challenge objectively to improve ways of working and deliver better result

Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
Minimum 3 years working experience including 1 year FMCG industry with exposure in the commercial role (e.g. channel, sales, brand)
Fluency in English, knowledge in Chinese is an added advantage
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Innovative and systematic person with sound analytical skills
High work capacity and team-player
Action-oriented, persistent and resilient
Passion in the beer industry
