Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

  • Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Validate payroll reports and resolve discrepancies

Work Permit Applications (End-to-End)

  • Manage the full cycle of work permit applications, including submission, follow-up, and approvals
  • Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration regulations

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Prepare HR and payroll-related reports for management
  • Maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making

Payments to Agencies/Third Parties

  • Oversee payments to recruitment agencies and other third-party service providers
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely disbursement

Insurance Registration & Termination

  • Handle insurance enrollment for new joiners and process terminations for resignations
  • Liaise with insurance providers to ensure smooth administration

HRIS (SuccessFactors System)

  • Manage and update employee records in the SuccessFactors HRIS system
  • Support system enhancements and troubleshoot issues as needed

Person Specifications


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 4 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in payroll coordination and HR operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
