Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and professionally driven Senior Executive, Contract Administration to support the delivery of our township development projects. The incumbent will assist the Manager / Immediate Superior in managing the full spectrum of contract administration functions, covering pre-tender exercises, project implementation and final account closure. The role requires close monitoring of contractual matters throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure compliance with contractual provisions, company SOPs and governance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager / Immediate Superior in contract administration activities during the project implementation and post-contract stages, including but not limited to payment certification, variation orders, final accounts, dispute resolution, insurances, performance bonds and cost reporting, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Assist in contract administration functions during the pre-contract stage, including cost plan reviews, preparation of tender documents and responses to tender queries, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Support the Manager / Immediate Superior in ensuring all contractual matters are administered promptly, proactively and in full compliance with the Company's SOPs and contractual provisions, including necessary liaison and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare cost data analysis based on awarded and final contract sums to support reporting and management review.
  • Ensure timely preparation and proper documentation of contract agreements and related contractual documents.
  • Coordinate and compile the annual vendor performance assessment exercise in accordance with Company requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent discipline
  • At least 1 to 3 years of total working experience, with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably with a property developer
  • Exposure to residential (landed and stratified) and mixed developments is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
