Assist in planning, developing, and coordinating the overall strategic visioning, including the long-term strategic plan for the Corporation.
Provide assistance in coordinating the annual business planning and mid-year review.
Assist in preparing the performance management cycle, including developing and monitoring annual corporate and divisional KPIs.
Assist to provide performance report and analysis to the Management and the Board.
Prepare relevant information, data and presentation for participation in dialogues and forums on SME development at national and international level.
Job Requirement:
Qualification : At least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience : Minimum 4 years related experience in similar capacity
Knowledge : Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis and Performance Management
Skill/Competencies : Strong communication, writing, research and presentation skills; analytical thinking and detailed-oriented; business and financial acumen
