Job Description

This role is responsible for creating and maintaining engaging visual designs across digital, print, social media and events. This role also collaborates with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, support campaigns and develop brand assets, while assisting with photography, video production and ad-hoc marketing initiatives.

Job responsibilities:

  • To produce creative concepts and designs for a variety of media, including digital, print, social media, video and events.

  • To collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content for campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.

  • To collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop effective design strategies, contributing to the final artwork to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency.

  • To design and maintain brand assets, including logos, brochures, presentations, and graphics.

  • To ensure adherence to company brand guidelines among employees and contribute to improving or revising these guidelines as necessary.

  • To collaborate with various inter-departmental to design and create various campaigns and collateral across channels.

  • To assist in all stages of photography and video production, from brainstorming and planning to shooting and editing.

  • Undertake any additional marketing-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

  • Handle any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful and brand-aligned design work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals.

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and audience engagementable to create designs that not only look good but also drive results.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Additional skills such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe After Effect are added advantages.

  • Proficiency in HTML, Java, and CSS coding languages is also an added advantage.

  • High energy with great presentation skills.
