Responsible for the overall operations of the Sales Administration and Credit Control functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for assisting the management team in the operations of the sales administration and creditcontrol functions including monitoring the progress billings and collections, loan documentation from thereceipt of the relevant stamped Land Disposal Agreement until delivery of vacant possession or issuance ofthe separate document of titles whichever is later.
Credit Evaluation & Monitoring
Reviewing credit applications and collaborating with Finance and/or related parties for customerscreditworthiness assessment.
Loan Documentation and Processing
Responsible to assist on processing loan documentation, disbursements, and monitoring accountsto minimize risk.
Maintain the confidentiality of the purchasers and company's information and ensure accuracy indata entry for accounts and records.
Billings and Collections
Responsible for ensuring proper management of records and files of all purchasers including therecords in the developer's system.
Responsible for billings, follow-up with collections of all receivables e.g. progress billings, interestand other outgoing payments.
Review and identify areas for improvement for prompt billings and collections.
Reporting & Administration
Understand software usage, identify any shortcomings and suggest improvements to enhance thecredit administration system and documentation processes.
Responsible to prepare management report e.g. credit portfolio performance on time, organizedrecord and ensuring its accuracy.
Compliance & Risk Management
Collaborate with other departments to optimize credit workflows and reduce risks, ensure allprocesses adhere to internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Communication
Liaison with end-financiers, solicitors and government departments on banking, conveyancing, legaland authorities matters.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Administration/Business Studies, Economic, PropertyManagement or equivalent.
Skills & Abilities Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are crucial.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong negotiation skills for collections, and the ability to multitask.
Knowledge of internal control policy & procedure, financial instruments, computer literate andsupervisory skill.
Good working knowledge of National Land Code (Act 828) will be an added advantage.
Preferably 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
Previous experience in credit control, banking, or administrative roles is often preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software or ERPsystem.
