JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of group-wide initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work culture, enhancing employee engagement, wellbeing and contributing to business performance and competitiveness.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Internal corporate engagements/events
- Assist in developing a comprehensive employee engagement and positive work culture strategy in alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and values.
- Contribute to defining clear objectives, goals, and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience and promote a positive work culture.
- Support the development and management of engagement initiatives for the Group, including budget monitoring, organizing events and managing external vendors.
- Execute internal corporate events, festive celebration and engagement session that fosters collaboration and alignment.
Leadership Development Initiatives
- Collaborate with talent development teams to contribute to the design and delivery of leadership development programs aligned with the desired culture.
Cultural Transformation
- Contribute to efforts aimed at shaping and enhancing organizational culture by promoting desired values, behaviours, and norms.
Communication and Internal Branding
- Contribute to the development of effective communication items to ensure employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals and values.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Mass Communication or its equivalent
- 5 years related experience, preferably with some HR exposure
- Knowledge of web-based tools and systems, experience in engagement and culture initiatives
