We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Development to join our project development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing development activities from the planning and design stage through to project execution, ensuring all projects are delivered in line with market expectations, budget requirements and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee project progress during the planning and development stages to ensure project objectives, timelines, budget allocations and quality standards are achieved.
- Execute and coordinate development activities to ensure end products meet current market demands, customer expectations and company requirements.
- Liaise and coordinate closely with consultants, architects, engineers and relevant authorities for infrastructure and building plan submissions, approvals and compliance matters.
- Manage and follow up on the submission process for building plans, infrastructure plans and Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) applications.
- Coordinate architectural, structural and M&E drawings to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance with design specifications and authority requirements.
- Work closely with consultants throughout the design and planning stages to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progression.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis for ongoing development projects and subsale properties to support project positioning, planning and product enhancement.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as project, marketing, sales, contract and finance teams to ensure projects are tendered, planned and launched within the stipulated timeframe.
- Attend and actively participate in coordination meetings, consultant meetings, technical discussions and project progress meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all development activities comply with local authority requirements, statutory regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to project development, submissions, approvals, and consultant coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Building Management, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in property development, architectural coordination, or building plan management.
- Familiar with authority submission procedures, planning approvals, infrastructure coordination, and CCC processes.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, M&E coordination, and development procedures.
- Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project or design coordination software.
