This role will be reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager. The candidate will be required to have good knowledge and skills to develop and implement digital marketing plans for supporting company's Go-to-market strategies. The role is strategic and key to accelerating business productivity and market penetration through a winning digital marketing strategy and transformation of our business.
- Develops and implements digital marketing plans to support company's Go-to-market strategies in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Develops and implements customer marketing and corporate marketing communication plans to support Category development strategies
- Support in driving Global and local transformation projects to accelerate readiness of e-business, including e-shop, content management, database management etc.
- Manage day to day development of company website(s) to ensure contents are scheduled and updated effectively. I.e. Corporate website, webshops, and digital campaigns.
- Monitor, measure, and track all relevant digital platforms performance (e.g. google analytics and AdWords) to ensure effectiveness of the tool used to meet the marketing KPIs and objectives.
- Manage and utilize digital budget effectively to achieve maximum ROI Actively engage and improvise SEO optimization, PPC, Marketing Generation tools (Trovus) and other digital marketing tools to meet company expectation
- Pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, IT/Digital Media, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, SEO/SEM, e-mail marketing)
- Effective communicator; well verse in verbal and written communication in English
- Min 3 years working experience in brand / customer digital marketing related roles in Consumer Products (B2C) or B2B industry. Understanding and experience in omni-channel marketing is a pre-requisite to this role. Good understanding of Singapore and Malaysia's digital media landscape. Cultural nuances and working experience with/in Singapore and Malaysia, is a bonus for this role.
