Provide support in executing marketing strategies that translate business objectives into high impact merchant campaigns from ideation through to launch to drive adoption, retention and product usage.
Build clear, structured, justified go to market plans, with well defined objectives, KPIs, budget planning and disciplined execution.
Work closely with cross functional internal stakeholders including Partnerships, Product, IT, Brand, Legal, UI/UX, and Funding & Deposit teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
Collaborate with external vendors and agency partners (creative and media) to deliver effective and on brand campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assets against goals (ROI and KPIs) for Scan & Pay.
To ensure accurate execution of the go to market strategy that includes non transactional digital media channels, owned, paid and earned.
Support and execute partnership marketing initiatives and co branded campaigns to amplify reach, relevance and impact where applicable.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor or professional certification in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations with people management skills.
Possess relevant experience in marketing, product marketing or campaign management; exposure to B2B, startups, telco or e commerce environments is an added advantage.
Fluent in both traditional and digital marketing, and you know when to leverage on ATL, BTL, or just straight to TikTok to drive your campaign objectives.
The ability to grasp consumer and merchant insights, business understanding and can translate this into meaningful value propositions or campaigns that drive business objectives.
