Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Business Continuity
Management (BCM) program across DXN Group which includes:
. Identifying BCM program requirements, rollout program plans, monitor overall BCM efforts across the organization.
. Coordinate and collaborate with business units/subsidiaries in the development and execution of business continuity plans, recovery strategies and procedures.
. Support the establishment and reviews of Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity
Plans to identify the criticality of business functions and systems, points of vulnerability, and business recovery requirements.
. Plan and coordinate Disaster Recovery Plan and BCP exercises (e.g., call tree, BCP simulation exercise, and table-top exercise).
. Assist in crisis management in the event of a business disruption, i.e., support crisis invocation and coordinate implementation of recovery resources as appropriate.
. Conduct reviews and update BCM-related documents (e.g., policies, business continuity plans) when necessary and to ensure documents are up-to-date.
. Strengthen BCM awareness at all levels by conducting training and workshops.
Requirements
. At least a Bachelor's Degree. A professional certification in Enterprise Risk Management or Business Continuity Management would be an advantage.
. Strong communication skills in both oral and written English. (Mandarin is a plus to liase with operations in China).
. 3 years of relevant experience in risk management and/or business continuity management.
. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
. Self-starter, resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills.
