Job Description

Job Summary

  • Perform quality support and services to the employee benefits (EB) clients and intermediaries
  • Involved in cross-sell initiatives via digital worksite marketing channel (WSM) to EB clients
  • Participate in projects to automate and digitize processes to ensure seamless EB and WSM processes to improve turnaround time and service levels

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and manage sales support and WSM team to improve turnaround time and service levels
  • Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities
  • Prepare sales support productivity report and recommend action / process to improve productivity of the team.
  • Involved in the automation and digitization of EB sales support and WSM processes

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Above 4 years experience in EB and/or WSM
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with using ChatGPT for process and work simplification
