Job Description:
- Provide support for finance-related activities during interdepartmental system upgrades, internal system migrations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver feedback on system functionalities from a finance perspective.
- Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness, including vendor master data, general ledger balances, and transaction history.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records resulting from system transitions.
- Perform periodic reconciliations of financial data between legacy and new systems.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of existing financial reports and assist in developing new reporting tools.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of reconciliation and validation processes for audit and compliance purposes.
- Prepare regular reports on migration progress, identified issues, and resolution status.
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to reflect changes arising from system and process enhancements.
- Provide support for other finance-related duties as assigned by the Unit Head.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
