Job Description

  • Support and coordinate daily HRIS operational activities, ensuring smooth and accurate system usage across HR functions.
  • Manage user access administration, including account creation, role assignment, access review and deactivation in accordance with governance requirements.
  • Handle HRIS tickets, user enquiries, and issue coordination, ensuring timely resolution and proper follow-up with vendors or relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy, consistency and governance through regular monitoring and validation.
  • Support HR system enhancement activities, including testing (UAT), process improvement initiatives and implementation support.
  • Coordinate with system vendors and Korea HQ HR/IT teams for issue escalation, enhancement requests and system-related matters.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support operational monitoring and management reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements and data confidentiality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in HR Operations, HRIS or related support functions.
  • Hands-on experience in HR systems administration or HR operational support.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Experience in handling system access management, user support, and ticket coordination.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good data management and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as ZingHR or other HRIS platforms is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI will be an added advantage.
