This dynamic role offers an ideal balance of core operational finance and high-impact systems work. You will oversee end-to-end financial processing while driving workflow enhancements and rotating through broader operations functions to gain holistic industry exposure.

• Manage end-to-end AP/AR operations, premium collections, payment disbursements, and bank reconciliations to ensure financial precision.
• Execute credit control protocols and reinsurance accounting activities, resolving complex statement discrepancies with internal and external partners.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for financial software updates and support digital transformation initiatives to streamline workflow efficiency.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, engineer refined workflows, and introduce automated solutions for routine accounting tasks.
• Rotate across key operational functions to build deep domain knowledge and foster cross-functional synergy.
  
  

About The Manager/team

You will join a progressive and supportive team led by a dedicated manager who prioritizes continuous learning, process efficiency, and professional growth across finance functions.

Skills And Experience Required

• At least 3-5 years of operational finance experience (AP/AR, GL reconciliations) within the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and hands-on experience executing UAT in major financial systems or core insurance ERPs.
• Proactive mindset with a history of automating routine workflows, alongside strong stakeholder management skills to partner with cross-functional teams.
