Responsibilities:
1. To assist on financial analysis including:
- Monthly Profit & Loss forecast
- Monthly Cashflow forecast
- Trade debtors aging analysis
- Preparation of annual budget
- Analysis on actual vs budget
- Preparation of Devco/BOD deck
2. To take charge on monthly financial reporting/management account including:
- Approval of AP invoice entry in IFCA
- Reconciliation of intercompany balances, banks balances
- Preparation of notes to Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Preparation of tax filing pack for yearly tax submission
- Issuance of intercompany billings
- Liason with auditors and tax agent
3. To provide support on other ad-hoc tasks such as special audits/investigations and other financial matters.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Specialised in: Accountancy, Finance, Economics or Business Studies or any other relevant discipline.
- Professional qualification e.g MIA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA/ICAEW is an advantage.
