Role Description The Senior Executive, FP&A is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila, responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic and operational decision-making. The position oversees budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial models, ensuring accurate and timely financial insights for management. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed variance analyses, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. The role involves partnering with business units to evaluate investments, assess financial risks, and prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership. The Senior Executive, FP&A is also expected to enhance reporting processes, support financial systems improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement in finance practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, variance analysis, and KPI reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and corporate finance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably within telecommunications, infrastructure, or related industries.
