The Executive, Global Total Rewards, will provide dedicated support to the operational activities of the Global Total Rewards team across over 30 countries. This role ensures the smooth execution of key processes such as insurance renewals, salary proposal submissions, and market survey coordination, HRIS (workday) implementation, while supporting project-related initiatives as required.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support day-to-day operations of the Global Total Rewards function to ensure timely and accurate execution of processes.
  • Coordinate employee insurance renewals, liaising with international brokers and country HR teams to ensure coverage remains competitive and compliant.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of annual salary proposals across regions.
  • Participate in market survey coordination to support benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Contribute to Total Rewards projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and data for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to global Total Rewards policies.
  • Support Global Rewards COE communication with regional and country HRs and business leaders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve turnaround time for operational activities.
  • Any other activities as directed whenever necessary

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in Total Rewards, or group insurance brokage at a global or regional level.
  • Knowledge of global and local benefits programs, payroll processes, and market practices is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a diversified workforce
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Occasional calls/ meetings outside normal working hours due to time zone difference
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
  • Able to work on multiple priorities with conflicting timelines
