Lead end-to-end employee services operations including canteen, hostel, accommodation, transportation, lockers, uniforms, PPE, and First Aid Room management
Ensure operational excellence, compliance with legal and safety standards, and high-quality service delivery
Manage vendor contracts, negotiate service terms, and monitor vendor performance to ensure service reliability
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, cost savings, and employee satisfaction
Support Industrial & Employee Relations matters including grievance handling, counselling, and disciplinary processes
Act as a key liaison between management, employees, union representatives, expatriates, and external vendors
Plan and execute employee engagement, welfare, recreational, and well-being initiatives
Ensure full compliance with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Act 446, and internal HR policies
Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support HR and business decision-making
Any other tasks as assigned.
Your Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to employee services and employee/industrial relations
Solid experience managing unions, grievances, disciplinary and performance cases
Strong knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and Employees Minimum Standards of Housing, Accommodations and Amenities Act (Act 446)
Proven vendor and contract management experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
High attention to detail, strong planning and organizing ability, and ability to work independently
