About the role
Reporting to the HRBP Manager, the incumbent will support HR and company-wide projects in process improvements, digitalisation, and system implementations, partnering with IT, overseas HR teams, and other business functions to gather requirements and coordinate delivery, alongside HR operational support as needed. The role calls for a proactive, collaborative individual who takes ownership and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels, internal and external.
Key responsibilities
- Support HR and company-wide projects, including system migration, digitalisation, process improvement and implementation of new workflows
- Work closely with IT and business users to gather and document requirements and coordinate system development, enhancement and implementation activities
- Coordinate UAT/testing, data validation, issue tracking, user communication, training and go-live activities
- Coordinate project activities with local and overseas HR teams and business stakeholders, and follow up on timelines, deliverables and action items
- Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding, including employment contracts, work pass applications, and supporting documentation
- Support monthly payroll and statutory submissions in compliance with prevailing regulations
- Support performance management, including confirmation reviews, appraisals, and the annual review exercise
- Triage employee queries to resolve or escalate further
- Administer leave, foreign pass renewals, government claims, training records, and offboarding
- Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and workflows
About you
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to HR operations, projects or system implementation
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications
- Experience in project coordination, system implementation, process improvement or digitalisation would be advantageous
