What you'll be doing -

  • Provide operational and administrative support for the implementation of all Workday modules.
  • Assist the Manager, HRIS in tracking project milestones and preparing regular progress updates
  • Organise and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action trackers and other records.
  • Translate business objectives and user requirements into clear, structured documentation for the project team
  • Support data cleansing, validation and migration activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct data accuracy checks and investigate discrepancies within the HRIS
  • Assist with basic system administration tasks such as user account setup, role configuration, and security maintenance under supervision
  • Contribute to Workday implementation and enhancement efforts including functional testing, documentation and user training support
  • Coordinate with HR Leads, IT teams, and external vendors to arrange project meetings, workshops and training sessions.
  • Assist in the development of test scripts, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document test outcomes
  • Help to prepare user manuals and quick guides for system end-users

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, with a solid understanding of HR operations
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HRIS implementation, system maintenance and enhancements
  • Experience with Workday and a good understanding of its concepts, capabilities and configurations is an advantage
  • Experience supporting system implementation or upgrade projects is preferred
  • Strong ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Proactive, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones to support global project needs
  • Prior experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus
