We are looking for talents in the following roles:
INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
- Manage and handle Industrial Relations matters including conducting investigations/domestic inquiries and ensuring due inquiry process is being observed at all times.
- Address disputes and grievances to achieve amicable resolutions.
- Prepare investigation reports/recommendation to Management on consequence management.
- Provide guidance and advice on Industrial Relations matters to Line Managers in accordance with the governing regulations/guidelines/policies.
- Prepare documentations and represent the Bank in attending meetings/ hearings at Industrial Relations Office, Labour Office and/or Industrial Relations Court.
- Negotiate with trade unions and handle issues related to Collective Agreements.
Requirements:
- A recognised Degree in Law, Human Resource Management or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Industrial Relations.
- Well-versed in Labour Laws, employment contracts, dispute resolution mechanisms and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa.
- Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
