Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management
- Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, disbursement and related report processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle Hong Kong tax matters (including IR56B, IR56F, etc.), MPF contributions, enrollment and changes.
- Administer employee group medical insurance and other benefit programs.
- Conduct compensation data analysis and market benchmarking to assist in optimizing the salary structure.
2. Full-cycle Employee Management
- Manage the entire process of employee onboarding, transfer, promotion, resignation and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR system data to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in working visa applications, renewals and related immigration procedures.
- Provide employee inquiry support and answer questions on payroll, benefits, policies and procedures.
3. HR Policy & Compliance
- Regularly review and update local HR policies to ensure compliance with Hong Kong labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in drafting and issuing HR announcements, process guidelines and internal documents.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required HR data and reports.
4. Employee Relations & Daily Support
- Assist in employee consultation and relations management to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support employee activities, training arrangements and team-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
- University degree or above, majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR operations experience; hands-on experience in Hong Kong C&B is highly preferred.
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, taxation and visa application procedures.
