Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Bayan Lepas. The Senior Executive HR will manage HR operations, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee relations, and overall HR management. Daily tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee benefits, handling performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and labor law compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Previous experience in a senior HR role is a plus
