Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Executive for our Human Resources team in Puchong, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement allowing some remote work. This role will involve overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and implementing HR strategies and policies to foster a positive work environment. The Senior Executive Human Resources will work closely with both management and employees to provide support, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive HR excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and handling Employee Relations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead HR projects and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
• Previous experience in a senior HR role is highly advantageous
• Relevant professional certification in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
