Role Description

This is a full-time, immediate hiring, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, based in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure adherence to HR policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations, with the ability to oversee and optimize daily human resource functions.
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant HR certifications and prior experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
