Job Description

The Senior Human Resource Executive plays a key role in ensuring the efficient execution of HR functions while maintaining full compliance with local regulations. This role aligns HR practices with Group Leader Energy Group's policies and supports the delivery of key HR strategic initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, driving performance management, and fostering a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer management (including internships).
  • Maintain labour contracts and employee records in compliance with local laws and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation processes in line with Group Recruitment Procedures.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate and monitor training programs, including registration, payments, and effectiveness evaluation.
  • Maintain training records in compliance with ISO/IMS and Group requirements.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with departments and develop an Annual Training Plan.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Drive participation in CSR and support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with labour laws.
  • Ensure HR compliance through audits, including anti-bribery, human rights due diligence, and compliance registers.
  • Prepare HR reports (monthly, management, and statutory reports).
  • Keep HR policies and practices updated with regulatory changes.
  • Participate in audits (ISO/IMS, HR, or others).
  • Enforce HR policies, procedures, and labour regulations across the organization.

HR Surveys & Projects

  • Execute annual Employee Satisfaction Surveys and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate submission of surveys/data requests to authorities.
  • Participate in HR projects, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment
  • Good understanding of labour laws and social insurance regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
